1. Introduction
Welcome to Pinkelle Adventures & Safaris Tourism LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of travel services including tours, safaris, visa processing, hotel reservations, and related services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as communicated at the time of booking.
- Prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) and/or USD (US Dollars). The final price is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on availability, season, and group size.
- Payment methods include bank transfer, payment links, and cash at our offices in Dubai or Nairobi. Specific payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- For visa services, additional refundable deposits may apply (e.g., Sharjah 60-day visa requires a refundable deposit minus processing fees).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 14+ days before the service date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the service date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date: No refund.
- Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Travel Documents & Visas
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents (passport, visas, health certificates) for their destination. While we assist with UAE visa processing, approval is at the discretion of UAE immigration authorities. We are not liable for visa rejections or delays caused by incomplete documentation or government processing times.
5. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of equal or greater value. No refunds will be issued for minor itinerary adjustments that do not materially affect the overall experience.
6. Liability
Pinkelle Adventures acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport operators, tour guides). While we carefully vet all partners, we are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips.
7. B2B Agent Terms
Travel agents and B2B partners are subject to separate partnership terms. B2B pricing includes a fixed markup per passenger. Agents may add their own margins. All B2B bookings require prior approval and must follow our onboarding process. Unauthorized discounting or misrepresentation of our services may result in partnership termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
